The BSCS iX Content Product Center is a convenient tool specifically designed to define, package, and manage content products. Operators as well as their business partners get a streamlined application helping them to create and manage content catalogs, rapidly create and manage new content services, bundle personalized packages and quickly launch them to the market. BSCS iX enables customer-oriented service bundles including content and network services with competitive charging.

Flexible real-time rating
BSCS iX allows to rate voice, data, and content events in real time. Its flexible charging mechanisms can rate single records or bulk data based on any parameter that can be measured. This provides flexibility for tailored business models and simplifies revenue sharing. You can rate services based on a combination of units of measurement and service parameters including duration, uplink and downlink volume, APN, QoS, PDP address, etc. The results of real-time charging can be used for immediate balance modification or for a subscriber‘s advice of charge.

BSCS iX brings good ideas to life. The Motivations and Incentives application gives your marketing team the flexibility they need in applying free units, bonus points, or discounts. These promotions can be applied in rating or billing processes. You can even give your prepaid subscribers usage-based rewards and thus increase prepaid loyalty.

Convergent real-time billing
BSCS iX provides the right combination of realtime and batch billing that suits your business. Operators can instantly create invoices that include all usage up to the second the billing request was issued. Customers can check their current balance via a test bill functionality over the Internet.
