Wolfgang Kroh
Chairman of the Management Board (CEO)

Wolfgang Kroh completed his studies in mathematics and information technology at the Technical University of Hannover in 1978, and thereafter worked for Control Data GmbH, Hamburg and Frankfurt (most recently as sales director). In 1987, he transferred to Convex Computer GmbH, Frankfurt (most recently as Managing Director and Vice President of Sales EMEA) before becoming managing director of LHS GmbH (most recently as Senior Vice President EMEA) in 1997. From 2000 to 2001, he was Managing Director and Senior Vice President & General Manager EMEA at Digiquant Germany GmbH, Neu-Isenburg, and subsequently Managing Director at EMC* Germany GmbH, Schwalbach. On January 1, 2006, he joined the management board of the LHS Group. In conjunction with the transition of LHS Acquisition GmbH to a stock corporation, he was appointed Chairman of the Management Board in July 2006.

Axel Barta
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Following training as an industrial sales representative in 1980, Axel Barta initially worked for Vereinigte Deutsche Metallwerke AG, Frankfurt, as an accounts receivable clerk before joining Janus Film und Fernsehen GmbH, Frankfurt, as a bookkeeper in the same year where he trained as a senior accountant from 1982 until 1984. From 1986 to 1989, he was the head of accounting for SAT.1 SatellitenFernsehen GmbH, Mainz, and thereafter, until 1992, of Comtesse Lederwaren Adolf D. Kopp GmbH & Co. KG, Obertshausen. In 1992, he became department head for finance and accounting at Dekraphone Telekommunications Service GmbH, formerly Unicom Mobilfunk GmbH, Neu-Isenburg; in 1995 he joined the LHS Group, Inc., as Vice President for Finance & Human Resources EMEA. From 1999, he worked at SMM Germany GmbH, Königstein im Taunus (until 2004) and at all German subsidiaries as well as several foreign group companies as the Managing Director for Finance (until 2006). In 2004, he became the Managing Director for Finance at all subsidiaries of LHS Acquisition GmbH, following the transformation of which, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board in June 2006.

Dr. Jens Trötscher (43)
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Dr. Jens Trötscher completed his studies in physics at the University of Gießen in 1988 and received his doctorate in 1993. From 1988 to 1994, he worked as a scientist or a scientific assistant in various positions at the University of Gießen, the Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico (US) as well as GSI Gesellschaft für Schwerionenforschung mbH in Darmstadt. From autumn 1994 to 2000, he worked at various companies of the former LHS Group, most recently as the head of training and Vice President of Product Management and Strategy. Following the acquisition of the LHS Group, Inc., by Sema Group plc in 2000, he next worked in the telecom business segment of Sema Group plc as Vice President for Product Strategy and, following its acquisition by Schlumberger, Ltd., in 2001, in its SchlumbergerSema business division, initially as Vice President for Marketing and thereafter as Vice President of Product Development. Since 2003, he has been a Managing Director of LHS Management GmbH (formerly: SchlumbergerSema Management GmbH). In July 2006, he was appointed a member of the management board at LHS.
