National Language Support

It is a proven fact that localization--that is, translated software and translated software documentation improves your employees' performance and efficiency. This is especially true in situations where time is an issue.

We can help you increase productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of your Call Center staff as well as increase the speed at which your employees become familiar with the software. You have most likely experienced the benefits yourself: Software in your own language is much easier to use.

Our National Language Support group is composed of in-house translators with strong translation experience focusing on telecommunications product documentation and software localization.

We work with highly developed localization tools to implement this process as effectively as possible. Experience has shown that for the sake of consistency the best results are achieved when the localization of the GUI is done by the same experts who are responsible for translating the documentation associated with the software.

So far, we have localized software into 9 languages, including French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Arabic.
