By number of installations we are one of the leading providers of software for billing and customer care systems for mobile and fixed line telecommunications and data service providers.

The software developed and marketed by LHS, enables convergence of mobile, fixed line voice, data and content services as well as different billing methods (prepaid and postpaid) in one system and provides a variety of functionalities for customer management. Depending on the system environment, in which the software is deployed, it offers the possibility to calculate the prices of telephone calls or data services within a few milliseconds and thus in “Real Time”. In this way the system supports not only traditional business models on the basis of prepaid or postpaid (billed) services for the respective network, but enables a variety of different offerings allowing for choices and flexibility in the variation among different types of billing and network services.

We offer both a comprehensive software system called BSCS iX and stand-alone software modules from our iX Series that are easy to integrate as well as a number of other software components for selective expansion of functions and/or integration into existing system environments.

In addition to our software systems, we also offer services related to them, such as maintenance and operational services on the one hand and customised software to meet specific customer requirements as well as consulting services and the project business which is targeted at the installation or migration of LHS systems.
