To optimize services at all levels, we have established strategic partnerships with select first class system integrators with whom we successfully implement BSCS iX migration projects. This facilitates even the most complex project implementations while supporting the joint project team in delivering excellent results on time and on budget. The cooperative efforts are based on the LHS Project Engagement Model.

Currently four strategic SI partners have committed to comply with this model and have become our first ‘Diamond Project Partners’ – Alcatel-Lucent, Atos Origin, Capgemini and IBM.

These four partners are all widely recognized and accepted players of reputation in the telecommunication market. Throughout the years they have also demonstrated their expertise and credibility in priming BSCS iX billing projects. In addition, they possess a delivery organization with senior experts in the various areas related to BSCS iX such as customer care, rating, billing, finance and database.
