OPT
Postal, financial & telecommunication services in New Caledonia are carried out by OPT-NC, a public agency controlled by the local government of New Caledonia. SFR
MobiSud, targeting the Maghreb community in France, was the first mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) to be launched on French mobile operator, SFR’s new mobile virtual network enabler platform (MVNE).
