LHS Appoints New Division Officer for Europe

Othmar Tietz has wide experience at regional and international management level

Frankfurt, Germany – December 15, 2008 – LHS, a leading provider of telecom billing and customer care systems across the wireless, wireline, and IP telecom markets worldwide, today announced that Othmar Tietz has rejoined LHS as new Division Officer for Europe with effect from December 1, 2008.

Mr. Tietz launched his career as a software consultant at Control Data and subsequently held a number of sales leadership positions in the international IT, software and telecommunications industries. He originally joined LHS in 1997 as sales manager for Germany and the EMEA countries, a post he successfully carried out for nearly four years.

Prior to returning to LHS, Mr. Tietz was employed by EMC² Germany, a provider of information infrastructure management solutions. In his new role at LHS he will be responsible for all activities within the Division which includes overall sales, business development, project delivery ,and consultancy services.

“I am very exited, about joining the team again and am looking forward to further supporting the growth of the Division Europe and the company,” said Othmar Tietz. “The market for business support systems is constantly expanding with new developments and opportunities evolving daily.
